TES, short for The EvOLVED System, is committed to providing enriching learning experiences for all in the realms of technology and the arts. Choose from a variety of domains, each offering a unique blend of technique, flexibility, choreography, and performance etiquette. Whether you’re mastering the elegance of ballet, the energy of jazz, or the fluidity of yoga and movement, our expert instructors will guide you on a journey of self-expression and creativity. Dance Technique (Ballet and Jazz):Dive into the world of dance technique with our Jazz and Ballet class domain. Perfect for dancers of all levels, this class focuses on mastering the fundamental techniques of jazz and ballet styles. From elegant ballet positions to dynamic jazz movements, you’ll refine your skills, build strength, and improve your flexibility under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Required Tools and Equipment:

  • Comfortable dance attire (leotard, tights, ballet shoes for ballet, jazz shoes for jazz)
  • Ballet barre (optional)
  • Yoga mat (for floor exercises)

Flexy Stretchy (Overall Flexibility and Splits): Experience the joy of movement and flexibility with our Flexy Stretchy domain. Enhance your flexibility, strength, and achieve your fitness goals with dynamic stretching and conditioning exercises. Designed to improve your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury, this class incorporates dynamic stretching exercises, strength-building movements, and targeted stretches to help you achieve your flexibility goals. Whether you’re working towards mastering the splits or simply improving your overall flexibility, this class will help you reach new levels of flexibility and strength.

  • Yoga mat
  • Stretching strap or resistance band
  • Foam roller (optional)
  • Blocks or bolsters (optional)

Choreography and Dance Technique with Performance Etiquette (Jazz and Ballet): Step into the spotlight with our Choreography and Dance Technique domain. Explore the art of choreography and performance etiquette with our Jazz and Ballet class domain. In this class, you’ll learn how to create captivating dance routines, refine your performance skills, and develop the confidence to shine on stage. From learning choreographic techniques to mastering stage presence and audience interaction, you’ll gain valuable insights into the world of dance performance.

Calisthenics: Elevate your fitness and strength with our Calisthenics class domain. Calisthenics combines bodyweight exercises with fluid movements to build strength, endurance, and agility. From push-ups and pull-ups to squats and lunges, you’ll learn a variety of calisthenic exercises that will challenge your body and improve your overall fitness level.

  • Exercise mat
  • Pull-up bar (optional)

  • Jump rope

Yoga and Movement: Find balance, harmony, and mindfulness with our Yoga and Movement class domain.   • Blanket or bolster for relaxation poses

Class Schedule:

  • Dance Technique (Ballet and Jazz): Tuesdays at 10am
  • Flexy Stretchy (Overall Flexibility and Splits): Mondays at 4pm
  • Choreography and Dance Technique with Performance Etiquette: Thursday at 6pm
  • Calisthenics: Friday at 10am
  • Yoga & Movement: Wednesdays at 6pm

Office Hours: Tuesday, Friday, 1pm; Saturday, 4pm Session
